Our Story

When I moved from New Orleans to Dallas, I'll be real with you - it was tough. You know that feeling when you're in a new city and everything feels... different? That's exactly what happened to me. I was looking for more than just a place to live - I needed to find my people, my community, somewhere that felt like home.

That's when I realized I wasn't the only one feeling this way. There are so many people in Dallas - whether you've been here your whole life or just moved here last week - who are looking for that same thing: a place where you can just be yourself.

So I created Tha Kut Gallery not just as a barbershop, but as that place I was searching for when I first got here. When you walk through these doors, I want you to feel what I felt back home in New Orleans - that warmth, that "you belong here" vibe, that sense of community where everybody's got your back.

What We're Really About

Look, we cut hair - and we cut it really well. But that's just part of what we do here.

This is a space where a businessman getting ready for a big meeting sits next to a college kid preparing for his first job interview, and they're both getting the same level of care and respect.
